Processing Time 

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. 

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

We offer shipping via USPS, UPS, and FedEx with estimated delivery times of: 

- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days 

- Expedited Shipping (2-Day or Overnight):Available at checkout 

 

Shipping Rates: 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected method. **Free shipping on orders over $50** (contiguous U.S. only). 

 

Shipping Restrictions:

K.S.S. Cosmetics, LLC currently ships only within the **United States** (including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses). Order Tracking: 

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched. 

 

Delays & Lost Packages

While rare, carrier delays may occur. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of shipment, contact us at **support@ksscosmetics.com** for assistance. 

 

Damaged Items:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of damaged items to ksscosmeticsllc@gmail.com for a resolution.
